painfull tongue
I would identify it as moeller's glossitis according to Taber's medical dictionary It is plagueing me for years now no doctor has given me any solution Can you maybe help

Glossitis is very often caused by a deficiency of the B vitamins, B3, B6, Folic acid and B12. You may have poor absorption of these so try taking a good high potency B complex supplement. To improve absorption it would be helpful to take a lactobacillis Reuteri probiotic.
