Picking up weight without changing diet
I am 41 years old and suddenly started picking up weight (6 kilo's in 2 months) without any change in my eating or exercise routine. What can the cause be and how can I change it?

Dear Desperate
It could be due to hormonal changes in pre-menopause or due to thyroid problems or insulin resistance. Let your GP draw some bloods to check all of these?
