You need to improve your passive resistance by doing two things - firstly take a good probiotic such as Reuteri to increase the beneficial bacteria in your system, they will compete with staphlycoccus and prevent them from overpopulation that is causing your infections. Secondly you need to reduce the infections with a good anti-bacterial such as Goldenseal herbal tablets internally and application of Sutherlandia gel on the affected areas.
Be very careful to wash your hands after applications, and wash all clothing and bedding in a special detergent that you should be able to get from the pharmacy - this will help prevent re-infection.
