Body fat
Would like to know how to gain body fat. I am a very skinny guy, and it seems that everything I try just gives me the opposite results. I have been using EVOX 5xl muscle meal, as advised by the guy at one of these big chemists, but it seems that since I have been using this, the wheels just came off. The last 3 months have been hell with trying to read up on everything. Some say eat protein, then you get some that say because of my bloodgroup, o-neg, I will loose weight if I eat to much protein. Isn't this true? You get peolple that actually use an all protein diet to loose weight. I am frantic and totally stressed out, as I have lost weight, and not gained 1gr in the last 3 months.
Anxiously awaiting your advice.

Firstly, I'm sure its muscle you'll like to pick up and not fat. Forget about the blood group issue too! You need to get into the gym (you say you're not) and your nutrition needs work.

I'd suggest consulting a dietician as well as a Biokineticist to assist you with both.

Keep well,
