I workout 5 times a week:

Mon: Chest
Tues: Biceps + Hamstrings
Wed: Shoulders
Thurs: Lats + Back
Friday: Quads + Triceps

Can I fit in another Chest session(if it helps), or would that be overtraining?I dont mind doing it on weekends.

How would I know when I am overtraining?Does supplementation help in overtraining? I daily use 160grams of Protein and Createin+Glutamine before and after training sessions. Sessions are never less than 90minutes, doing 4sets of each and maxing out on the last set. For first exercises I would do a warmnup set.

Judging from your other posting it seems as if you're doing enough for chest as is.

There are a variety of pointers to look for when overtraining-excessive tiredness, raised resting pulse rate, constant infections and sickness indicating lowered resistance, lack of motivation to train, excessive recovery time etc.

Supplements can assist with over training but in some cases some supplements I've used have HELPED me TO overtrain-especially some of the "boosting" supplements.

My personal opinion on your training program is that you may actually be doing too much!!
