Tues: Biceps + Hamstrings (4sets of all)
Standing EZ Bar Curl
Sitting preacher dumbell curl
Sitting Preacher EZ bar curl
Sitting Dumbell Curls (on the small bench with 90degree back)
Cable Curls

Standing Hamstrings
Lying Hamstrings

Wednesday: Shoulders (4 sets each)
Military Dumbell Presses
Press Behind Neck with Barbell
Sitting Leaning over Side Lateral Raises
Standing Side Lateral Raises
Standing Front Lateral Raises
Upright Rowing

Thursdays: Lats (4sets for each)
Pull ups
Bar Lat Pulldowns behind neck
Leaning over Lat Pulls
One arm lat pulls

Friday: Quads + Tricpes (4Sets for each)
Leg extensions
Hack Squats

Skull Crushers with EZ bar
Cable Pushdowns with rope
Cable Overhead with rope
One arm reverse cable pulldowns
