Hi there all you beautiful people! Please help me...ANYONE! I've got a really really really really really really REALLY bussy program every single day, juggleing between work and dancing, and these days I find less time to actually look after my muscles:( Do anyone know a work-out routine that will only take me round about half an hour? That would only be for upper body, spesifically shoulders,stomach,arms and pecs, as my legs get quite a good enough workout during the other 4 hours of dancing. Anyone, please help...I will forever be gratful:)
