Back hurt at gym
Hi
On monday I hurt my back at gym on the calf machine. My legs could take it but my back apparently couldn't. It's been sore since then. Its a pretty sharp pain but only in certain positions like when i lean forward (or getting up). It's right in the middle of my back.
Any idea what it could be, what I can do to make it better and whether I should be worried?
Thanks

You should be concerned about any back injury - even the minor ones!! Visit a chiropractor before it becomes a bigger problem.
