Some patients may experience a little more pain and stiffness after the first one or two treatments. This is a natural reaction. You are experiencing pain etc - and now the doctor needs to work on that already irritated area - thus some reaction can be expected. Follow up treatments are necessary and a good response can usually be expected after the second or third treatment. Most cases on average respond very well within 6 to 8 treatments.
