I need help. I am a 19 year old male still a virgin and it's about my penis. First it has dry skin on and is red. It's all red on the skin and I was reading on the internet and it said that if you masturbate dry then that is what causes dry skin. I do masturbate dry but now I have been using lube, I want to confirm that this is true. Secondly my foreskin is a bit tight as in when it is erect I can pull it back past the head but I can't pull it back any further. I don't know if there is a way to stretch it, if there is a way could you please tell me. And lastly my penis when flaccid measures 9 cm (3.5 inches) and when its erect it's 12 cm (4.27 inches) is this okay and a decent size?
