TURBINATES ENLARGED
Hi Doc, After taking antibiotics for sinus infection, had intense pain on the right side of my head which lasted only a few seconds and happened only a few times, now have a dull headache, facial, ear and neck pain on the right side only, went for xray-turbinates enlarged, please can you advise what the treatment would be and can it be easily cured?
Jessica
You will have to consult an ENT specialist for a course of oral cortico-steroids, as well as an extended course of oral antibiotics. The doctor can also perform allergy tests, to determine if your sinus is complicated by an allergy.

Dr Anrich
