Would Nootropil help for CD4 Count to increase

My Daughter has been HIV Positive for 7 years , the clinic changed her RTV'S 3 years ago. Since then her count has gone from an average of 500/600 down to 100.

The most important thing is to make sure that she is taking her medication. If so, they need to change her regimen, because it is obviously not helping anymore and the CD4 count is decreasing, which is very concerning. Good luck.
