Black rings under eyes
I have recently developed black rings under my eyes which i am struggling to get rid of, despite getting enough sleep at night. Is it due to any particular dietary deficiency and/or what is the easiest treatment for the problem.

It can be caused by allergies or hayfever or even a cold - the veins under the eyes becomes congested. You get special creams that you can put on to reduce the congestion - look in Clicks at the beauty section for eye creams ( say it is for your wife :-)
