Bleeding
I had a large amount of bright red bleeding with a runny stool and at the same time I was very faint with hot and cold sweats, docs thought it might be a bleeding ulcer but it was not dark enough. A gastroscopy was done as well as an ultra sound but all was clear. There is no more bleeding but the symptoms I have now are heart palpitations, heart burn (I thinks its heart burn) nasea and very lathargic.

I recommend that you re-visit your physician who has done the gastroscopy, as it sounds like if you have a peptic/gastric ulcer. Depending on the results of the gastroscopy, he/she will be able to start you on the correct treatment. In the meantime, you can try Lanzor tablets, in combination with Gaviscon Advanced for the symptoms of heart burn and palpitations.
