Bloating and gas
My GP prescribed Intestiflora (1 per day while the container indicated 1 - 3 per day). After 1 month, no change in the condition. Should I try another prescription but increase it to 3 per day or rather ask for a referral to a Specialist?. Is there perhaps a better product to use than Intestiflore? Is it necessary to also use Colon Food with the Intestiflora? I struggle with this condition for over 12 months and no improvement getting desparate now. Suspect that the condition is due to prolonged work related stress.

Ask your dr to refer you to a gastro enterologist. Up your intestiflora to 3 per day in the mean time.
