Brainblocks in stressful situations
How do I prevent my mind from blocking information I studied when I'm writing tests or giving seminars?
Dear Lee
You have to try and approach the situation differently:
You can try using 10 mg Inderal to reduce the physical symptoms of anxiety
Ensure that you get a good night's sleep the previous night
Follow a study course that will teach you to use "mental keys" to open the information you stored while learning.
Do not panic - skip the things you can't remember and start with the ones you can. Later when you feel more comfortable with the paper, you can come back to the more difficult questions.
