It is important to consult your GP as soon as possible, in order to have an analysis of the discharge done, as well as an aspiration of the particular lump, to exclude any pathological reason.

It is most probably just an bacterial infection and can be cured with a course of antibiotics but you have to exclude any other more serious reasons.
