Hi there,

I just have a question about coffee. I know that coffee is not good for the body for hypertension and " toxins"  etc??? Does decaf make this all better?

I enjoy drinking coffee (about 4 cups a day, with fat free milk and one sugar)
Will it be better to drink decaf? How so?

Hallo Angie
Coffee is not all bad. Positive effects are:reduced risk of Alzheimers disease, Parkinson's disease, gallstones, diabetes, livercirrhosis and mouth cancer due to antioxidant effects. Bad effects are it's stimulant effects, anxiety, increased cholesterol and blood pressure, iron deficiency anemia and irritation of the stomach. If you only drink 3-4 cups a day, it is not really harmful
