cold feet
i am having a problem with my feet- it gets cold very fast, even in summer. i constantly need to put socks on, especially in the late afternoon and at night. in the winter it will change to the whole day with socks. what can be the reason and what am i to do?

Your cold feet can be due to poor blood circulation. You will have to consult your doctor for an examination and exclusion of chronic diseases, like hypertension, high cholesterol and diabetes. If you smoke, you should stop. There are further tests that can be done to evaluate your blood circulation.
