Cyclosporin A and atopic dermatitis
My dermatologist wants to prescribe Cyclosporin A for me. I cannot find anything usefull on this medicine on the internet though. A lot of vague references, but nothing telling me what this is supposed to do.
My eczema has been out of control for the last two years, and my family finally convinced me to see a dermatologist. According to him, i've got a very severe, almost erytherodermic, atopic dermatitis.
So, long story short........what exactly is this Cyclosporin A?

Aj, ciclosporin is an immunosuppressive drug that can be used to treat severe atopic dermatitis if other measures have failed. Let me know what exactly it is that you want to know and I’ll see if I can help. Please post your reply as a new question to ensure that I receive it. Good luck.
