Diet to help damaged nerves
I have damaged the nerves in my foot thru' an ankle sprain. It is taking a really long time to heal.
I am having physio, acupuncture, TENS etc. but can some foods aid /retard the nerve regeneration?
Or is it just a matter of the body taking it's time to heal itself?

Dear Diet to help damaged nerves
Nerves do take long to regenerate - can take up to 18 months. You should eat healthy and could take vit b complex supplements.
