I need to know more about TB of the abdominal cavity - how it is transmited, how it presents itself, what it looks like as it spreads, what it does to the organs in the abdominal cavity as it spreads, best drugs for treatment etc.

Sharon, it spreads via the blood, it looks like white cheesy material, it destroys the organ tissue, the treatment depends on the level of resistance, but it is always a combination of drugs. Good luck.
