Feeling unwell
I havent felt well now for 2 weeks, firstly two weeks ago my headaches started and i felt nauseous and it felt like i had a fever, i also feel very drained. Then last night i woke up and threw up and again this morning - i have this constant feeling of nausea - are there any bugs going around at the moment that have these symptoms? how will i know the difference between food poisoning and a stomach bug? - i do not have an upset stomach.

You can have a gastro-intestinal infection without diarrhoea - you could even have an urinary tract infection - rather let your doctor have a look, draw some blood ( check full blood count and liverfunction) and test your urine?
