Hair loss
I have been struggling with hair loss my whole life. I lead an average life, with normal day to day stress and I don't have health or hormone problems.
I would like to know what might be the cause of hair loss and what vitamins or products are guaranteed to work.
I heard that folic acid and vitamin C is good. Is this true?

Thanks,
Jenny

Jenny, taking folic acid and vitamin C won’t do harm, but I doubt that it will do much if you don’t suffer from folic acid or vitamin C deficiency. The best would be to see a dermatologist and find out if anything serious is the matter. You can also e-mail me at CyberDoc@mweb.co.za if you’re interested in something I wrote on hair loss. Good luck.
