high blood pressure stroke
Thanks..My maid was feeling terrible hedache and the side of her face went floppy so she went to the hospital and told she had a stroke gave her medicine for one day as BP high but then said on the day after she is ok must be careful she is not over weight is fit walks and eats a fairly healthy diet? IHer face is loose on teh right side but they said she could come back to work so i have her on mornings only?
Help does this sound correct?

It is possible that she did have a stroke. Unfortunately, it can only be confirmed with a MRI scan of the brain. It is also possible that she is suffering from Bells Palsy, where the seventh cranial nerve is affected and causes one side of the face to be "floppy". Bells Palsy will resolve by itself within a couple of weeks to a few months and is usually treated with a high dose of corticosteroids.
