high bloodsugar
hi doc,
i had my bloodsugar tested this morning and it is a bit high, 6.2 mmol/L. Cholesterol is low (3.37), blood pressure and BMI is normal.
Is the blood sugar anything to worry about, and how can i control it?
thanks for your help.

Thank you for visiting heatlh24.com.
Your blood sugar is slightly elevated but nothing to worry about. I suggest a healthy diet and regular exercise and to cut down on your sugar consumption.
Kind regards
