hormonal imbalances-excessive or deficient.
Hi,I'm concerned about my hormones I'm 22 and still have a big problem with my skin. I have read up a little on the main female hormones and am worried that there is a serious imbalance where my skin is concerned and that I've never developed breasts. I now have VERY small breasts as I've been on a breast enhancement programme(BioBust). My skin issues do not seem to worsen during menstruation, and neither have periods of clearing up. It remains constant.I also often feel as if my blood pressure is low, feel faint, nauseous, and out of breath especially after excercise. I'm uncertain if this is related to hormnal issues or something else. I'm 5 ft 7, and weigh 50 kilos. I watch my intake of food and my diet in terms of healthy eating. I've tried just about every skin care range there is on the market. I'm now using the nivea range as I feel it is softer on my skin, doesn't dry my skin out or seem to cause more acne.I watch what products I use and stay away form oiliness and cleanse thotoughly.I'm on the pill,(Minerva, after having found Diane was too strong), and that has slightly helped, but not corrected the problem. I'm sorry for all this information, but I'm concerned. I intend making an appointment with a specialist, but I'd appreciate your views and any information or giudance you may be able to me with??? Thank you.

Bron, I think you have to start by seeing a gynaecologist and make sure that nothing is the matter with your female hormones. If everything is normal, the next step would be to see a specialist physician and make sure that nothing is the matter with your other hormones. Between the two of them they should be able to figure out what the problem is. Good luck.
