iron + pneumonia
after being unwell for months went for blood test which shows total lack of iron absorbtion in system.diet healthy lots of veg,chicken,lean red meat.under weight for a year.high stress job with family obligations.contracted pneumonia now in 3rd week and not much improvement after 2 courses of antibiotics.lot of pain in lung,run down,basically operating on willpower .did spend 7 days in bed,not much difference.what can i do ,eat,drink to get well?

I suggest that you take a different antibiotic specifically targeted for the treatment of pneumonia, as well as having chest physio done and to nebulise with Berotek & Atrevent three times a day. You should make an appointment with a Physician, in order to get assistance with regards to your iron deficiency.
