Hi I just want to query something I have swollen lymphnodes under my armpits now I shave my armpits because its required in my religion anyways I shaved once and the next day I had painful lumphnodes tender and swollen but after a week and half they went down anyways I then had one that swelled up and went tender under my left arm pit had it checked by my doc he said its nothing to worry prescribed an anti biotic clacee the lymphnodes are now down and not painful or anything however they still seem a little raised you cant really see them if you look but you can feel it like on my right under arm they are about less than a pea size but all down and on the left side a little bigger but all down SHOULD i WORRY?I am one to worry thats why I am posting this

It sounds like infection or inflammation in the sweat glands under your armpits, try using bactroban ointment if they get painful. Rather use a hair removal cream than shaving if you see that the shaving triggers this every time.
