My wife has had serious mood swings these days and is nuasious in the mornings and experiences pain in the womb area we have done home pregnancy tests 3 of them have been negative and she is on the two month birth control injection what else can it be she is 27 years old

Nick, I have to agree with you that it does sound like it has something to do with her hormones. It might be that the injection is too strong for her and that this is causing all the symptoms. She might of course be pregnant in spit of what the home pregnancy test say. The best would probably be to have blood taken for a hormone profile and pregnancy test, and to see a gynaecologist.
