CP, you can start introducing solids after 3 to 4 months depending on your baby’s needs, e.g. your baby seems dissatisfied after having his bottle. You should introduce the solids one at a time and in small amounts and it should be smooth and fine in consistency. Solids should be given before the bottle is given, but sometimes a baby prefers it the other way around. You can start with puréed fruit and veggies (one taste at a time) and gradually introduce a full mixed diet in mashed form. Good luck.
