red spots
i started to get tiny reds spots on my chest and a few on my arms, i slowly started getting more and more, now my arms getting covered in them and so is my neck and chest! i'm not itchy, but i'm concerned because i'm getting more and more! at first i thought they might be freckles, but i NEVER go in the sun, and they are red! please help!
