severe burning pain in feet if sitting to long or in bed
The above problem has been going on now for the last 2 weeks

Melodie, it might be due to something pressing on the nerve that supplies the affected area, blood flow problems, diabetes, nerve problems, etc. You can try taking a long-acting anti-inflammatory like Coxflam® for a couple of days, but the best would be to see your doctor and make sure that nothing serious is the matter.
