a c.t. scan of my brain was normal-yet it states-there are bilateral air fluid levels noted in the maxillary antrum with opacifaction of the ethmoids, consistent with an active sinusitis-i always thouht i only had hayfever-so i am just on zyrtec and nasecor-is this the correct treatent-and which is better in my room-an ioniser or a humidifier

Zyrtec and cortisone nose spray is the treatment for chronic hayfever, but sometimes when you get an infection and it becomes a chronic sinusitis, you also need to take a 10 day course of antibiotics and use a saline nasal spray.
