STINGING UNDER SKIN IN TOP RIGHT SHOULDER
I Have this stining sensation which is very uncomforable under my skin in my top right shoulder? What could this be?

could be a nerve pinching or even a referred pain from your chest area ( don't laugh - the same nerve supplies both and sometimes chest problems present with shoulder pain!) Please let your GP check - neck and chest X/rays for a start?
