Suffering from Reflux ??
I have recently been experiencing quite regularly a feeling of my throat being blocked which causes a gagging reflex and the feeling of wanting to throw up, although this rarely occurs.
I very seldom get heartburn and a friend suggested this might be reflux as it is more uncomfortable than painfull. I also tend to suffer from postnasal drip often. Am I suffering from reflux, what causes reflux and how is it treatable ?

Steve, the only way to prove that you have a hernia and reflux would be to have a gastroscopy (“swallow the camera”). You can take Lanzor® 15mg per day for a week and see what happens. If your symptoms disappear, you know that it is acid related. Good luck.
