sweating at night when i sleep
I do go to sleep but i sweat so much(soaking wet) that i have to change my clothing 3 - 4 times per night.I am 43 was tested for
change of life but theres no problem.i did have a hystorectomy
but one ovary left and it is still working fine - as per my gp.
i dont get any hot flushes,i am not drinking any medicine.Please help me what can i use so that i can get a goodnights rest?

One needs to exclude the obvious things: menopause, TB infections, diabetes, spicy food, anxiety. If your Gp is sure that there are not any underlying medical problems, try taking Menograine 1 tablet before going to bed. I am convinced we get flushes in pre-menopause too!
