Tired
Good day. I was diagnosed with insulin resistance about 2 years ago. I try to eat correctly to keep my blood sugar levels constant. I always get tired around 9 at night.thought it was my sugar but have been testing myself during that time and the rest of the day and my sugar is fine. I also have low blood pressure, could this be the reason. last night i got tired again and i had some salted peanuts and after that i stayed awake utnil eleven. I usually jsut fall asleep.
Thanks

Dear karen
Yes low blood pressure can make one very lethargic. Try Effortil PL once in the mornings?
