Wake up feeling tired
My hubby is in a bad state. He works very long hours (even although from home) and he always wakes up in the morning feeling more tired than before he even went to sleep. He comes to bed late because most nights he just lies there - sometimes for 4 hours - unable to fall asleep. He's 27 years old, doesn't exercise but isn't in a bad shape. when i TRY wake him up in the mornings he is so tired and his back aches and he really can't get out of bed. I've tried putting him on a schedule where he'll go to bed at 10 and wake up at 6 but it didn't even work for a day! I also tried giving him Pharmatons to take in the morning to give him a booste, but it doen't work!
I'm worried about him - this has been an issue for far too long! Please let me know if there is something i can do to take care more care of him so that we can prevent this from causing a bigger problem!
Thank you for your help and time!
Kind regards,

Kay, tiredness is one of the most common complaints in my practice. It may be part of almost any serious disorder, but it might also be a sign of being just overworked and under rested. Tiredness is a symptom of almost all serious diseases including, anaemia, high and low blood pressure, heart problems, high and low blood sugar, liver problems, kidney problems, depression, etc. The best would be to see a specialist physician and have him make sure that nothing serious is the matter. Good luck.
