I have whitish swollen / puffy patches (2) on my upper lips; in the corner of my mouth
(on my lips) little white dots (spots) are appearing. I don't experience any itching / irritation; it just looks "funny"? Please help!

You could have skin signs of high cholesterol called xanthomas but it is difficult to say without seeing it. Please let your GP have a look?
