2 Cut or not to cut, that is the questio
36DD on a body lenght of 1.53m! HA HA HA, see I would also laugh if I had to picture this, but unfortunitly I feel like crying everytime I see myself in the mirroe. I have wanted a breast reduction for the last 22 years. I took a personal loan from the bank to have this operation. Going to the plastic surgeon on Thursday. I was all for going, but now I have doubts. Doubts in do I cut or do I rather pay my accounts. Personal happiness or financial freedom. mentally it will do me great to have a breast reduction but paying my accounts I will be able to let my daughter do dancing and swimming. I have lived with my breasts without convidence for the last 22 years, surely I can carry on for the next 30 - 40 years. I can imagine my life change with a reduction, I want to do it, but on the other hand I don't. I am not perfect, one breast is larger then the other and I feel very self concious in a swim suite. I weight between 55 and 56.6kg. i have a protruding stomach and having only a breast op will make it worst, having money for a breast reduction and tummy tuck, I don't have.
In my opinion, ANY pleastic surgeon who EVER operates in a situation like this without insisting on a full and careful psychiatric assessment, is a fool. Almost always, because the central problem is a lack of self-esteem and related psychological issues, which can be greatly helped by CBT counselling, surgery merely costs a lot of money and produces someone as unhappy as ever, if not more so. The sexiest and mot attractive part of anyone's body is the part that lies between their ears --- work with a counsellor, and uyou could get happier, quicker and more lastingly, and save a whole lot of money
