4 cans of light beer after gym daily.Any problem?

Hi Matome,
Congratulations on your healthy programme of exercise. About the beer, then. All that differs, so far as I know, between light and normal beer, is the amount of alcohol in it. I'm not sure about the difference in calories/ kilojoules and fattening potential ! You get about the same alcohol as in two regular beers, and more water.
Now, after heavy exercise, you may well need to replace some water, but that can be achieved by tapwater or a low-cal drink.
At least you're doing better than those of us who don't exercise, or those who reward themselves for exercising well, by eating a box of donuts !
