Some drugs dont show wihdrawal effects, Aspirin, for instance. Of those that can, it varies fairly widely, depending on the drug itself, for instance because some are eliminated from the body rapidly and some slowly, and those that leave most rapidly can more easily cause such symptoms. And some of us dont noticeably experience such symptoms, while others of us do.  Any good doctor should warn you about the possibility when prescribing a drug where this might happen, and advise you in advance how to handle withdrawing from the drug when you eventually stop taking it.
