I alway refer the firsr dignosis of mos psych conditions including Pani Disorder to be made by a specialist Psychiatrist and according to internationally agreed criteria.  Personally I wouldnt use Urbanol, except perhaps as an occasional pill to take to ease an actual panic attack.  All of that family of sedative tranquillizers give a quick and fairly brief effect,  all can cause dependency problems if used steadily for more than a couple of months, and all tend to be sedative,  though the degree of this sedation tends to wear off or reduce after a could of weeks.  Meantime be aware that it will reduce your driving skills similarly to drinking alcohol. 
The Urbanol would be well taken at night, when the drowsiness would be more welcome.  An upset tummy, depending on how severe,  can also interfere with the absorbing of any drug one is taking by mouth
