A legal and moral question
i have a little problem. My office's dont have a bathroom. We share a bathroom with some other people but it is a 3 km drive away. due to this i cant go pee during the day as my boss isnt in the office alot and i cant leave the place empty. this means i get to pee about twice a day! cybershrink how bad is this for your bladder and kidneys?

Is there some law against this as my bladder is at this point in time on the verge of going on strike and i dont blame it.

Right now id settle for a porta potty.

Advice neone?

I can understand why your boss isn't in the office much ! While it probably won't cause serious harm rapidly, it is outrageous and surely, as tony says, a breach of the requirements of the law on employment and on occupational health. It's bad enough if you have to use a loo in the offices of the company next door, but 3 km away is outrageous ! And oh my god, a tinkling fish tank, too ? Was your boss trained by an American Army jailer ?
Seriously, call the appropriate authorities at the Dept of Labour, and ask them to wise him up on his absolute obligations.
