Doc

What is the benefits of a B.Co injection?
I feel very tired and run down, can't get over a bad case of laryngitis. Had a lot of antibiotics, this made me feel bad as well.
Will a B.Co injection help me feel more energetic?

Not much. Very useful if one happens to actually be deficient in vitamins of the B complex ( which isn't often the case if one has a reasonably healthy diet ) and totally useless if one doesn't. As with all vitamins --- supplements beyond the normal daily needs, are simply excreted in one's urine. Laryngitis is a miserable problem, but when well treated one doesn't usually need a lot of antibiotics, just the right one. And if it was caused by a virus, which antibiotics dont agffect, even they might not have been useful. I think you'd do better to politely get a second opinion, and a general checkup to identify WHY you are feeling so tired.
