Bedwetting Problem
My son who is almost seven years old still wets the bed every night. I have taken him to a paeditrician whose medication did not help. I've tried setting my alarm clock to wake him up to get him to the loo in time but this also fails coz he manages to wet the bed before I wake up every time. The problem is that he just cannot wake up on his own. I 've been told that this could be pschycological but I would like to know if there is something I can do.

Morning, Desperate Mom !
This must be very irritating and frustrating. There could be psychological factors active her, and it could well help to take him to see a child psychologist or child psychiatrist, who could assess this, and probably also devise, with you, a plan to handle this. Some medications can help the child to hold his urine a little longer, or change the pattern of his sleep helpfully. Maybe some other mom's have some suggestions and tips about methods they found helpful ?
