Bipolar - identifying triggers
Other than obvious circumstantial things, I'm having real difficulty identifying the triggers that start manic and depressive episodes. Any advice on how anyone else has done this???? Because I can't do this I find my self in full blown episodes before I realise it because I don't see it coming.

Sometimes there really aren't any obvious triggers, and its a purely biochemical thing. But its a different challenge, and far more practical, to recognize the early signs of a manic or depressive episode, perhaps with the assistance of spouse, family, friends, who may recognize the changes before you do.
