CS on Survivor....flat and insipid
I know that you do not take kindly to criticism, constructive or destructive, but I am disappointed with your transcript of the first Survivor SA II episode.

The puns on names are getting a tad tired now and I was hoping that you would not be trotting these out in place of genuine witticisms but, alas, no, there they were, limping all over the pace.

This looks like lazy work as you miss several opportunities to explore some interesting microcosms of South African society - the off-handed reference to the racial 'blacks-can't-swim' remark made by a typical pale male is an example (WYSIWYG seems to be more palatable facade for a complete lack of diplomacy, tact and common sense to this pig).

Come on, Simpson, you're better than this. Much better. You're cheating your public by typing out synopsis of the episode and sprinkling them with puns so lame they should be in wheelchairs.

I think I actually breathe while I wait for the next transcript instead waiting with a cliche.

Thanks for your thoughtful comments, Garth --- and above all, I'm pleased to hear that you're still breathing fluently. Wouldn't like to picture you sitting there, breathlessly blue in the face, awaiting my further comments. Style is a matter of taste. I know what many people have enjoyed over the years ; if you don't enjoy it. that's perfectly fine --- just don'\t waste your valuable time reading it, and look for other comments out there which you might prefer.
I'll check and see whether it's practical for them to set up a discussion forum for the three reality series within that section, and then maybe you can rather use that section to provide your own fresh, witty and novel comments on Survivor, BB or Idols, or all three --- I'm sure I would enjoy reading your own comments and enjoying your own rich sense of humour. I must watch my early-morning typos, I just typed "your rich sense of humous", which may indeed be true, but is hardly what I was planning.
