depressed
can i have myself admitted to hospital, i am feeling very very depressed
Yes of course you can. Your GP could arrange it, probably most easily. Or ou could go to a good hospital casualty, explain how bad you are feeling, and ask to see a psychiatrist, who could then assess you and arrange an admission if that seemed the best thing to do. Meanwhile, call Lifeline ( number on this page ) for someone to talk with straight away, and if you tell them where you are, they may be able to recommend specific hospitals
